Application environment: Ideally suited for cold storage and freezer settings. Operating temperature: Capable of withstanding extreme conditions ranging from -45ºC to +50ºC, ensuring reliability and performance.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, this material offers remarkable chemical stability and outstanding durability. Its excellent resistance to aging, along with broad temperature adaptability, supports long-term operations between -50ºC and +50ºC.
Door panel material: Engineered with polyurethane and overall foaming for a sleek, flat appearance, these panels deliver exceptional insulation performance. Constructed from high-grade materials such as stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates.

Door thickness: Available in multiple thickness options – 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm – ensuring suitability for varied specifications and insulation requirements.
Doorframe material: Featuring a sturdy aluminum alloy door frame, these frames are both elegant and durable. They overcome the limitations of wooden frames, offering higher strength and resistance to decay. Additionally, they are equipped with innovative self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, eliminating the need for temperature control or manual power toggling.
Guide rail device: Crafted from aluminum alloy, the guide rail is designed with an advanced guide wheel and clamping wheel system. This ensures the door effortlessly detaches from the frame when opened and securely presses against the frame and floor when closed, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
