sandwich-like construction with an inner metalplate, an outer metal plate, anda cutting-edge intermediate polyurethane insulation layer for superior thermal performance.
Horizontal and Vertical Installation Methods:
1. Employ a robust waterproof film with SBS padding to enhance durability.
2. Secure your structure with galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, fixed with expansion bolts.
3. Utilize an ultra-reliable sealant substrate for airtight integrity.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealants, combining double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray, ensure seamless protection.
5. Implement vertical wall panels for fortified stability.
6. For installations exceeding 6 meters, integrate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for enhanced support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Installation Method:
1. Determine the precise length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel according to the building's main beam orientation for optimal alignment.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, using 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beams, complemented by suspended M12 lifting screws connected to C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate into place with precision.
4. Fine-tune the length of the lifting screws to achieve perfect balance.
5. At the main joint, apply polyurethane foam meticulously, utilize PVC sleeves to eliminate cold bridges, and carefully trim with color steel folding pieces for a flawless finish.
