For those needing customized solutions, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. Our tube plates, made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, are meticulously designed to minimize internal leak risks, caused by the strain of thermal expansion on the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Thoughtfully designed ribbing slope at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, lined with a durable aluminum plate, effectively reduces air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and significantly enhancing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Using premium brand internal thread pipes with optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, our heat exchange system greatly enhances efficiency, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
