The BY series electric and manual sliding doors are a testament to cutting-edge international technology and masterful craftsmanship. They boast exceptional sealing capabilities and superior thermal insulation, ensuring optimal performance. Each door can be custom-tailored to match specific size requirements.
Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer settings. Operating temperature range: -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, this material provides outstanding chemical stability, exceptional durability, and superior resistance to aging. It is adaptable to a wide temperature range, maintaining long-term efficacy between -50ºC and +50ºC.
Door panel material: The panels are made using a polyurethane overall foaming process, offering a sleek, flat appearance and exceptional insulation. Available materials include stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates.

Door thickness options: Available in 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm to suit various insulation needs.
Doorframe material: Constructed with durable aluminum alloy, these frames are both aesthetically pleasing and long-lasting, overcoming the limitations of traditional wooden frames. Additionally, the frames feature self-regulating electric heating strips, eliminating the need for manual temperature control.
Guide rail device: The aluminum alloy guide rail integrates both a guide wheel and a clamping wheel device, allowing the door to effortlessly detach from the frame when opened and seal securely against the frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
