Shell: Crafted with premium-grade steel, our shells are coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, offering exceptional corrosion resistance. We provide customizable options with aluminum or stainless-steel shells to suit specific needs. Each tube plate is constructed from robust 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leaks due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative double-layer water tray features a hinged lap design for effortless inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope at the tray's base accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, sheathed in aluminum, minimizes air bypass, enhancing the fan's efficiency and improving the defrosting performance dramatically.
