Our air coolers are incredibly versatile and find applications across various types of cold stores, including architectural and constructional facilities. The D series air coolers are divided into three types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for environments at 0 ºC, making it ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series, operating at around -18ºC, is designed for storing meat and fish. Lastly, the DJ series functions at approximately -25ºC and is perfect for freezing fresh foods, such as meat and fish, ensuring top-quality preservation.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our shells are crafted from high-quality steel plates treated with low-temperature resistant powder, offering exceptional corrosion resistance. We also offer customization options in aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are made of 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage risks due to the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum, reducing air bypass, improving fan efficiency, and enhancing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are made from top-tier internal thread pipes, arranged in an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Featuring a classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, our design significantly enhances air disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:We offer customized high-power fans with external rotors, suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our defrosting system includes stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and on the inner water pan for uniform heating. This design enhances defrosting effects and prolongs the lifespan of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:We provide specially customized electrical junction boxes that are water-resistant, fire-resistant, high-voltage resistant, and designed for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure top-notch performance.
Sheet spacing:Our standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm cater to various temperature and humidity requirements, offering flexibility for different needs.
