Harness the natural cooling synergy of water and air with our Evaporative Condenser. Inside the coil, refrigerant gas undergoes a heat exchange, effortlessly converting to a liquid state. At its core lies an expertly coordinated water distribution system.
This system integrates a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and dehydrator, all complemented by an external setup featuring a water circulation pump and an innovative electronic water-curing device, powered by an axial fan. Maintaining negative internal pressure, thanks to the efficient axial fan operation, ensures seamless functionality.
During operation, the dynamic airflow guarantees thorough spraying of cooling water across
the coil surface, facilitated by the precise water distribution system. Refrigerant gas enters the coil at the upper inlet, undergoes rapid condensation, and exits as liquid at the lower outlet. This efficient heat exchange process, powered by the synergy between refrigerant, water, and air, alongside fan assistance, significantly boosts efficiency. As heat is absorbed, the temperatures of the cooling water and air rise swiftly, turning water vapor into steam, which is then expelled efficiently by the fan, effectively eliminating excess heat.
