Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer settings. Operating efficiently within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC, these doors are engineered to endure extreme conditions.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, these sealing strips promise exceptional chemical stability and outstanding durability. Their superior aging performance and versatile temperature adaptability allow them to function effortlessly in the long-term, withstanding temperatures from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Engineered with polyurethane and overall panel foaming techniques, these door panels boast a sleek appearance coupled with excellent insulation capabilities. The panels are available in stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, each selected for their robust, enduring qualities.

Door thickness: Available in a range of thicknesses including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm to cater to diverse insulation needs and structural demands.
Doorframe material: Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, these door frames exude a clean, elegant aesthetic while providing remarkable durability. Unlike traditional wooden frames, they resist low strength and decay. Equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, these frames eliminate the need for manual temperature adjustments or power switches.
Guide rail device: The sophisticated aluminum alloy guide rail system features both a guide wheel and a clamping wheel device. This innovative design ensures smooth operation by allowing the door to detach from the frame when opened and securely press against the door frame and floor upon closing.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
