Harnessing the natural cooling power of both water and air, our Evaporative Condenser stands out as an environmentally conscious choice. Refrigerant gas seamlessly exchanges heat within the coil, transforming into a liquid state. Inside, it showcases an intricately designed water distribution system.
Comprising a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and dehydrator, this system is enhanced by an external configuration that includes a water circulating pump, a state-of-the-art electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan. Maintaining negative internal pressure due to the efficient axial fan operation.
During operation, robust airflow guarantees a thorough distribution of cooling water across
the coil surface through the water distribution system. Concurrently, refrigerant gas enters the coil's upper inlet, where it undergoes efficient condensation, exiting as liquid from the lower outlet. This sophisticated process, powered by the harmonious heat exchange among refrigerant, water, and air, along with fan assistance, significantly enhances system efficiency. As the heat is absorbed, both cooling water and air temperatures rise rapidly, with water vapor converting into steam, which is expertly expelled by the fan, effectively dissipating excess heat.
