Ideal Application Environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer environments. Robust performance across a wide operating temperature range from -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from EPDM, renowned for its outstanding chemical stability, unparalleled durability, and resistance to aging. Designed for optimal performance in a broad temperature range of -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Engineered with polyurethane and comprehensive panel foaming techniques, ensuring a sleek appearance and superior insulation. Constructed from a premium selection of stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate.

Door Thickness Options: Available in a range of thicknesses—75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm—to meet varied insulation needs.
Doorframe Material: Featuring an elegant and robust aluminum alloy frame that stands out with its clean lines and durability. This design effectively addresses the traditional shortcomings of wooden frames, such as low strength and decay. Includes built-in self-limiting temperature electric heating strips for hassle-free operation without manual intervention.
Guide Rail Device: The innovative aluminum alloy guide rail system incorporates both a guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This combination allows the door to smoothly detach from the frame when opened and securely press against the frame and floor when closed, ensuring optimal sealing.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
