Application Environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer applications. Capable of operating efficiently within a wide temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from EPDM, renowned for its exceptional chemical stability, this material boasts excellent durability and aging performance. It is adaptable to a broad temperature range, maintaining efficiency from -50ºC to +50ºC over long-term use.
Door Panel Material: Constructed through a sophisticated polyurethane and overall foaming process, these panels exhibit a sleek, flat appearance coupled with outstanding insulation capabilities. Choose from a variety of durable materials including stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate.

Door Thickness Options: Available in versatile thicknesses of 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, ensuring a perfect fit for diverse insulation needs.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
