Our versatile air coolers are designed for various types of cold storage solutions, including architectural and constructional cold rooms. The D series air coolers are categorized into three exceptional models: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures around 0ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at -18ºC, making it suitable for meat and fish storage. Meanwhile, the DJ series excels at -25ºC, providing optimal conditions for freezing fresh food items like meat, fish, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shell boasts strong corrosion resistance. For enhanced customization, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. Additionally, all tube plates are constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing internal leakage risks caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope bottom design ensures quick drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with an aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, thereby boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe:Our efficient internal thread pipes, sourced from premium brands, feature an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:The classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins create excellent air disturbance, greatly enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our unit operates efficiently across a broad temperature range (-40ºC~60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes are low in power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan to provide uniform heating. This design enhances the defrosting effect and extends the electric heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring easy and secure wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, including a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test, to guarantee flawless performance upon delivery.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
