6. Ammonia's pungent odor facilitates easy detection through smell, leak test paper, and test drugs. Human senses can detect as little as 50mg/m³ of ammonia in the air.
7. Being insoluble with mineral oil, ammonia is easily separable from oil even at low temperatures. Ammonia's lower density compared to oil allows refrigeration oil to sink below the ammonia liquid, making oil return to the system straightforward.
8. Its thermodynamic and chemical properties remain stable at both room and low temperatures.
9. Ammonia boasts an ODP of 0 and a GWP of 0, making it environmentally friendly.
