The D series of air coolers are divided into three innovative series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for environments at 0 ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at -18ºC, tailored for preserving meat and fish. For more rigorous conditions, the DJ series excels at -25ºC, ideal for freezing fresh foods like meat and fish, ensuring quality preservation and freshness.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shell features a low-temperature resistant powder coating that provides robust corrosion resistance. Additionally, aluminum or stainless-steel shells can be custom-ordered to meet specific needs. Tube plates are fabricated from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates, effectively minimizing the risk of internal leakage due to the heat exchange copper tube wear caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative outer water tray boasts a hinged lap design for convenient inspection and maintenance. The bottom features a ribbed slope design that accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion, enhancing longevity. The inner tray is lined with aluminum, which reduces air bypass, thereby boosting fan efficiency and improving the defrosting effect for optimal performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from top-tier brands, these pipes feature an optimized loop and a cleverly engineered positive triangle staggered design to significantly amplify heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our air coolers are equipped with classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, expertly designed to enhance air disturbance and substantially increase heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Equipped with a high-powered, customized fan with an external rotor, this system operates within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability in various conditions.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system features stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density. They are strategically positioned within the coil and on the inner water pan to achieve an even heating effect, enhancing defrosting performance and extending the lifespan of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box is both water and fire-resistant and can withstand high voltages. It simplifies wiring processes, making it a reliable component in our air coolers.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before leaving our factory, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Our air coolers offer sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, accommodating a wide range of temperature and humidity requirements for diverse applications.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse cooling needs.
