The cold storage panels are consisted by
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ a waterproof film and SBS padding for optimum protection.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning brackets, securely fixed with expansion bolts.
3. Apply a robust sealant substrate for enhanced durability.
4. Integrate a pre-installed board seam sealant system, combining double-sided groove sealant with a polyurethane spray in the middle for a superior seal.
5. Assemble the vertical wall panel with precision.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters in height, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to ensure stability.
Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Ascertain the length and determine the lifting direction of the ceiling panel in alignment with the main beam of the building structure, ensuring the joint of the ceiling panel runs parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6# channel steel and fixtures, for a securely suspended M12 lifting screw system that connects to the C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with care.
4. Fine-tune the length of the lifting screw to achieve the desired positioning.
5. Administer polyurethane foam on the main joint, employ PVC sleeve foaming to eliminate cold bridges, and refine with a color steel folding piece for a polished finish.
