Our versatile Qingdao Origin Air Cooler is ideal for diverse cold storage solutions, whether architectural or constructional. The range includes three series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for environments around 0ºC, making it suitable for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at approximately -18ºC, ideal for preserving meat and fish. The DJ series functions around -25ºC, designed for freezing fresh food such as meat and fish, ensuring optimal storage conditions.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shell boasts strong corrosion resistance. We also offer customization options in aluminum or stainless steel. The tube plates, made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates, minimize internal leakage risks due to thermal expansion and contraction affecting the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring a hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate allows for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, lined with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass and enhances fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted from efficient internal thread pipes by a premium brand, featuring an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Inspired by classic European design, our sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins boost air disturbance and significantly enhance heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Equipped with a customized high-power fan with an external rotor, operating within -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system features stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density. Strategically placed inside the coil and inner water pan, they ensure even heating, improved defrosting efficiency, and extended service life.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, facilitating easy wiring.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, including a 25-bar pressure holding test, ensuring reliability before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Available in standard values: 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with multiple refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, R22, and more, meeting diverse requirements.
