Our versatile air coolers are perfectly engineered for a variety of cold storage environments, from architectural to constructional facilities. The D air cooler range includes three distinguished series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for temperatures around 0ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, ensuring the safe storage of meat and fish. The DJ series excels at around -25ºC, ideal for freezing fresh foods like meat, fish, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shells are treated with low-temperature resistant powder for superior corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is meticulously made from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The innovative hinged lap design of the outer water tray facilitates easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope at the bottom expedites drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is aluminum-plated to minimize air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting effectiveness.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing top-tier internal thread pipes with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, our heat exchange pipes are engineered to maximize efficiency.
Fin:Designed with classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, these components significantly improve air turbulence and boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our fans are customized high-power units with external rotors, capable of operating between -40ºC and 60ºC. With motors rated at Insulation Class F, they ensure consistent performance and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes of low power and density, these are strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan to provide uniform heating, enhance defrosting efficiency, and extend the lifespan of the electric heating elements.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction boxes are designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, and are engineered for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, including a 25-bar pressure holding test, ensuring reliability and performance before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Standard sheet spacing options are available in 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to various temperature and humidity requirements.
