Product Description

Air coolers can be used in various cold storage facilities, including architectural or constructional types. Our D series air coolers include DL, DD, and DJ models. The DL series is ideal for cooling at temperatures around 0ºC, perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for meat and fish storage. The DJ series, designed for temperatures around -25ºC, is excellent for freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our high-quality steel plate shell is treated with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, providing strong corrosion resistance. Customizations with aluminum or stainless-steel shells are also available. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leakage caused by the wear and tear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, lined with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins improve air disturbance and substantially enhance heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:We offer customized high-power fans with external rotors, capable of operating at temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor has an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes that feature low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan. This configuration ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and prolongs the electric heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, offering easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection and passes a 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with multiple refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, to meet diverse needs.
