Our D series caters to a spectrum of temperatures: the DL series excels at 0°C, ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables, while the DD series operates around -18ºC, perfect for storing meats and fishes. For those seeking to freeze fresh foods, including meats and fishes, the DJ series is your ultimate choice, with an operational temperature around -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our shell is engineered with premium steel, fortified with a low-temperature resistant powder, ensuring strong corrosion resistance. For more tailored needs, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. The tube plates boast a robust 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, minimizing internal leakage risks from copper tube wear due to thermal fluctuations.
Double-layer water tray: Designed with a hinged lap form for the outer water tray plate, access for inspection and maintenance is seamless. The ribbed slope design at the tray's base accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. An aluminum-covered inner water tray enhances airflow management, boosting fan performance and defrost efficacy.
Heat exchange pipe: Crafted from top-tier internal thread pipes, our heat exchange system features an optimized loop and a positively staggered triangle design, significantly enhancing heat transfer efficiency.
Fin: Our fins feature a classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum design, engineered to elevate air turbulence and markedly improve heat exchange on the air side.

Fan: Equipped with a high-power, custom fan featuring an external rotor and a wide operating temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unwavering stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system employs a stainless-steel heating pipe with low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and water pan for superior, even heating distribution, enhancing defrost performance and extending the heating pipe's lifespan.
Electrical junction box: Specially custom-designed, our electrical junction box is a powerhouse of resilience against water, fire, and high voltage, and is designed for effortless wiring.
Factory testing: Every air cooler is meticulously cleaned, inspected, and undergoes a rigorous 25-bar pressure test to ensure peak performance before it leaves our factory.
Sheet spacing: Our standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are adaptable to meet a variety of temperature and humidity requirements.
