Product Description

The cold storage panels are comprised of

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, offering exceptional thermal efficiency.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Utilize a waterproof film and SBS padding for enhanced protection.
2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured with expansion bolts, for stability.
3. Apply a robust sealant substrate to ensure a tight seal.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant with a double-sided groove sealant plus polyurethane spray in the middle for uncompromising insulation.
5. Vertical wall panel ensures durability and strength.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to reinforce the structure.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel in accordance with the main beam of the building structure, ensuring the joint of the ceiling panel is parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, with suspended M12 lifting screws connected to C-type steel keel.
3. Lift the insulation top plate with precision and care.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw to achieve the perfect fit.
5. The main joint is expertly sprayed with polyurethane foam, and the PVC sleeve is foamed to break the cold bridge while the color steel folding piece is trimmed to perfection.
