Our air coolers are versatile solutions for various kinds of cold storage facilities, including both architectural and constructional types. The range includes three distinguished series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is optimal for environments around 0 ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates effectively at approximately -18ºC, ideal for meat and fish storage. For more extreme freezing needs, the DJ series functions efficiently around -25ºC, preserving fresh foods such as meat and fish with exceptional reliability.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate coated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast superior corrosion resistance. Custom options in aluminum or stainless steel are available. All tube plates are made of 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, designed to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer Water Tray: Featuring a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance, the outer water tray also has a ribbed slope to expedite drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with an aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and the effectiveness of defrosting.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are made from efficient internal thread pipes sourced from premium brands, featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Equipped with classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, designed to increase air disturbance and greatly enhance heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our customized high-power fans with external rotors operate within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motors are insulated to Grade F, ensuring stability and reliability in all conditions.
Defrosting:Utilizing stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power density, strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan, our defrosting system ensures uniform heating, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical Junction Box:Our specially customized electrical junction boxes are designed to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, while also facilitating easy wiring.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure superior quality and reliability.
Sheet Spacing:We offer standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
Different Refrigerants:Our products are compatible with various refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse cooling needs effectively.
