The D series air coolers come in three distinct lines: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series shines in environments around 0 ºC, ideal for preserving the freshness of eggs and vegetables. The DD series, operating at approximately -18 ºC, is perfectly suited for storing meats and fish. Meanwhile, the DJ series is designed for rigorous freezing at around -25 ºC, ensuring that fresh foods like meat and fish are preserved in their prime condition.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our air cooler shell benefits from a low-temperature resistant powder coating, boasting robust corrosion resistance. For tailored needs, aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells are available. To enhance durability, each tube plate is made using 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, reducing the risk of internal leakage from wear on heat exchange copper tubes caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously engineered, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy access during inspections and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion issues. The inner tray, clad in aluminum, minimizes air bypass and boosts fan efficiency alongside defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing premium brand efficient internal thread pipes, our design incorporates an optimized loop with a positively staggered triangle formation, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Designed with classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, our air coolers achieve superior air disturbance, vastly increasing heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Our air cooler is equipped with a high-power, customized fan featuring an external rotor, operational within a wide temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring peak stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe, our defrosting system operates with low power and density, strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, maximizes defrosting effectiveness, and extends the longevity of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our tailor-made electrical junction box provides exceptional resistance to water, fire, and high-voltage, while offering easy wiring for hassle-free operation.
Factory testing: Before leaving our facility, each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and passes an intense 25bar pressure holding test, ensuring peak performance upon delivery.
Sheet spacing: Available in standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our sheet spacing options accommodate varying temperature and humidity conditions effectively.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with a diverse range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, ensuring that all your cooling needs are met with precision and efficiency.
