The DD series excels at approximately -18ºC, specifically designed for the optimal storage of meats and fish. For deep freezing needs, the DJ series operates efficiently around -25ºC, ensuring the preservation of fresh foods such as meats and fishes, maintaining their natural quality.

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate and treated with a low-temperature resistant powder, our shell offers outstanding corrosion resistance. Choose from customizable aluminum or stainless-steel shells to suit your needs. Each tube plate is fashioned from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, minimizing internal leakage risks due to the copper tube wear caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative hinged lap design on the outer water tray plate simplifies inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope design at the bottom promotes efficient drainage, reducing icing and corrosion risks. The inner tray features an aluminum cover to minimize air bypass, enhance fan efficiency, and optimize defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Experience superior performance with our premium brand's efficient internal thread pipes. Featuring an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered configuration, these pipes significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our fins are crafted in the iconic European sinusoid corrugated aluminum style, designed to amplify air turbulence and substantially increase heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, this design operates effectively across a wide temperature range (-40ºC to 60ºC). With a motor insulation class of Grade F, our fan ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system features a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and on the inner water pan. This setup guarantees even heating, maximizes defrosting efficiency, and extends the lifespan of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specialized electrical junction box is water, fire, and high-voltage resistant, ensuring safety and ease of wiring.
