The cold storage panels are consisted by an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Utilizing a robust waterproof film coupled with SBS padding to ensure durability.
2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fastened with expansion bolts.
3. Incorporate a high-performance sealant substrate for seamless integration.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant combines double-sided groove sealant with a central polyurethane spray for optimal sealing.
5. Assemble a vertical wall panel, providing stalwart structural integrity.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for enhanced stability.
Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Strategically determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel in alignment with the building structure's main beam, ensuring the panel joint runs parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, complemented by a suspended M12 lifting screw, which connects to the C-type Steel keel for superior overhead support.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with precision.
4. Skillfully adjust the lifting screw length for perfect alignment.
5. The principal joint is meticulously sprayed with polyurethane foam, ensuring a break in the cold bridge with a foamed PVC sleeve, while a color steel folding piece provides a polished finish.
