The D Air Coolers are available in three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for environments at 0 ºC, perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series maintains temperatures around -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meats and fish. Lastly, the DJ series operates at approximately -25ºC, effectively freezing fresh foods such as meats and fish, ensuring ultimate freshness and preservation.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast superior resistance to corrosion. We offer customization with aluminum or stainless-steel options. Each tube plate is precisely manufactured from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to reduce the risk of internal leaks caused by the wear and tear of copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring an innovative hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate allows for effortless inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom enhances drainage efficiency and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray, lined with aluminum, minimizes air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes feature an efficient internal thread design from a premium brand, incorporating an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered configuration to significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Adopting a classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin design, our product significantly amplifies air disturbance, greatly bolstering heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Equipped with a custom high-power fan with an external rotor, operating seamlessly between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, guaranteeing exceptional stability and reliability for continuous performance.
Defrosting: Our stainless steel electric heating pipe, featuring low power and density, is strategically arranged inside the coil and inner water pan. This setup ensures an even heating effect, improving defrosting efficiency and extending the electric heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, while offering easy wiring capabilities for safe and efficient operation.
Factory testing: Thoroughly cleaned and meticulously inspected, our air coolers successfully pass a stringent 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our product accommodates various temperature and humidity requirements, delivering tailored cooling solutions.
