Shell: Constructed from premium-quality steel plate, our shells are coated with a specialized low-temperature resistant powder, offering exceptional anti-corrosion properties. Each tube plate is crafted from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, minimizing the risk of internal leaks due to the wearing of heat exchange copper tubes, which can occur from thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring a hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate allows for effortless inspection and maintenance. The tray's ribbing slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. Meanwhile, the inner water tray is clad with an aluminum plate, effectively minimizing air bypass while enhancing the efficiency of the fan and the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipe, sourced from a top-tier brand, boasts an efficient internal thread and an optimized loop design, coupled with a positive triangle staggered configuration. This innovative design significantly boosts heat exchange efficiency, ensuring optimal performance.
