Our air coolers are versatile and perfectly suited for various cold storage facilities, including architectural and constructional environments. We offer three distinguished series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for temperatures above 0ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates around -18ºC and is specifically designed for storing meat and fish. For freezing fresh food such as meat and fish, our DJ series is optimal at temperatures around -25ºC. Each series is engineered to meet diverse refrigeration needs with precision.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shells are coated with low-temperature resistant powder to ensure robust corrosion resistance. We offer customization options in aluminum or stainless-steel. To prevent internal leakage caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tube, all tube plates are constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy plates, enhancing durability and reliability.
Double-layer water tray: Designed with an outer water tray in a hinged lap form for effortless inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray features an aluminum plate cover to minimize air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are made from high-efficiency internal thread pipes from premium brands. Featuring an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, these pipes significantly improve heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:The classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin enhances air disturbance, substantially increasing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, they ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes feature low power and density, strategically arranged inside the coil and inner water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, improving the defrosting effect and extending the service life of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction boxes are designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while also providing ease of wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection and passes a 25bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure top quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to varying temperature and humidity requirements.
