Our versatile air coolers are designed to optimize performance across a variety of cold storage environments, from architectural to constructional. The D-series includes DL, DD, and DJ models. The DL series is perfect for environments at 0ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series maintains temperatures around -18ºC, making it excellent for preserving meat and fish. The DJ series operates at approximately -25ºC, ideal for freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from premium-quality steel plates and treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells exhibit exceptional corrosion resistance. For added customization, we offer aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is constructed from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, minimizing internal leakage risks caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative hinged lap design of the outer water tray enables easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting effectiveness.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing premium brand internal thread pipes with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, our heat exchange pipes elevate efficiency and performance.
Fin:Our air coolers feature classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, significantly boosting air disturbance and enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Engineered for excellence, our high-power, custom-designed fans come with an external rotor, operating efficiently between -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor’s Grade F insulation ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes of low power and density, our defrosting system is meticulously arranged within the coil and inner water pan. This design guarantees uniform heating, superior defrosting, and extended service life for the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is built to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while offering easy wiring for hassle-free installation.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection and successfully passes a 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-tier quality.
Sheet spacing:With standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our sheet spacing options cater to various temperature and humidity requirements.
