Product Description

The cold storage panels are crafted with
a sturdy inner metal plate, a durable outer metal plate, and an innovative polyurethane insulation core that enhances thermal efficiency.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ a waterproof film and SBS padding for optimum protection.
2. Secure with galvanized L or U-shaped positioning using robust expansion bolts.
3. Ensure tightness with a sealant substrate.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant features a double-sided groove sealant with a polyurethane spray for superior sealing.
5. Vertical wall panel installation for added stability.
6. Install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for structures exceeding 6 meters.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Accurately determine the length and lifting direction of ceiling panels in alignment with the building's main beam. Ensure joints are parallel for seamless integration.
2. Integrate pre-installed suspension beam structural components, utilizing 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beams, complemented by suspended M12 lifting screw connected to C-type steel keel.
3. Carefully lift the insulation top plate into place.
4. Precisely adjust the length of the lifting screw for perfect alignment.
5. Apply polyurethane foam at main joints; the PVC sleeve is foamed to eliminate cold bridges, and color steel folding pieces are meticulously trimmed for a clean finish.
