Our Evaporative Condenser harnesses the natural cooling powers of water and air. Inside, the refrigerant gas undergoes heat exchange within the coil, effortlessly transitioning into its liquid form through a sophisticated system of water distribution.
With a comprehensive internal system featuring a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and dehydrator, complemented by an external setup that includes a water circulating pump, a cutting-edge electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan, the internal pressure remains negative due to the axial fan's efficiency. As
the system operates, the robust airflow ensures a thorough spray of cooling water across
the coil surface via the water distribution system. Concurrently, refrigerant gas enters through the coil's upper inlet, where it's efficiently condensed and exits as liquid at the lower outlet. This process, powered by the synergy of heat exchange among refrigerant, water, and air, with fan assistance, greatly enhances efficiency. As heat is absorbed, the cooling water and air temperatures rise swiftly, causing water vapor to turn to steam, which is then effectively expelled by the fan, adeptly removing excess heat. Meanwhile, the steam in the hot air is astutely captured into
a reservoir, where non-gasified water simply flows back to be recirculated through the system. The reservoir's water level is meticulously regulated by a float ball valve, guaranteeing consistent compensation for water lost to the atmosphere.
