Product Description

Our versatile air coolers are expertly designed for various cold storage environments, such as architectural or constructional cold stores. The D-series air coolers include three distinct types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for environments around 0ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series, operating around -18ºC, is specially engineered for storing meat and fish. The DJ series is designed for more extreme conditions, functioning at approximately -25ºC, perfect for freezing fresh food like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Constructed from high-quality steel plate and coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast exceptional corrosion resistance. We also offer customizable options in aluminum plate or stainless steel. All tube plates are crafted from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to the heat exchange copper tube wearing over time from thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with an aluminum plate to reduce air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and improving the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes utilize efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Incorporating classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, these fins greatly enhance air disturbance, thereby substantially increasing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate efficiently across a broad temperature range (-40ºC~60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring optimum stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our defrosting system uses stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density. These are strategically placed inside the coil and on the inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhance defrosting efficiency, and extend the service life of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Featuring a specially customized electrical junction box, it is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage while allowing for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection and must pass a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacing values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to different temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse application needs.
