Tailor-made to fit various dimensions, they adapt perfectly to your unique requirements.
Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer environments, our doors perform optimally within an extensive operating temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from high-quality EPDM, the sealing strips offer remarkable chemical stability, unparalleled durability, and resilience against aging. They exhibit wide temperature adaptability, maintaining their integrity in conditions from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: The door panels are formed using a sophisticated process of polyurethane and panel overall foaming, resulting in a sleek, even appearance with superior insulation. Available in stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, these panels promise both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Door thickness: Available in multiple thicknesses of 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, these doors offer flexibility to meet diverse insulation needs.
Doorframe material: Designed with an aluminum alloy frame, these doors offer a pristine, stylish appearance coupled with durability that surpasses traditional wooden frames. They feature innovative self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, eliminating the need for temperature control or manual operation.
Guide rail device: The aluminum alloy guide rail, equipped with both guide and clamping wheel devices, ensures seamless door operation. It masterfully separates the door from the frame when opening and securely presses it against the frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
