Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shell is treated with low-temperature resistant powder to ensure strong corrosion resistance. For bespoke needs, aluminum or stainless-steel shells can be customized. All tube plates are precisely made from 2.0-thick aluminum alloy, minimizing internal leakage risk due to the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring an innovative hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate facilitates easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with aluminum, reduces air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and boosting the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Our premium heat exchange pipe uses an efficient internal thread design from a top-tier brand. The optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: The European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins heighten air disturbance, considerably enhancing the heat exchange capacity on the airside.
Fan: Our fan is a bespoke high-power solution with an external rotor, operating reliably within an extensive temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor boasts an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring enduring stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe, our defrosting system features low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and water pan. This ensures uniform heating, enhances the defrosting effect, and extends the electric heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box: Our electrical junction box is specially customized for maximum durability, resisting water, fire, and high voltage. It offers straightforward wiring for ease of use.
Factory testing: Prior to delivery, our air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test to ensure optimal performance.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacing values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, allowing you to meet varied temperature and humidity requirements effortlessly.
