Application Environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer environments, our doors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC. This adaptability makes them an ideal choice for various climate conditions, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from premium EPDM, our sealing strips are renowned for their exceptional chemical stability and durability. These strips offer remarkable resistance to aging and maintain their integrity across a wide temperature spectrum, making them ideal for long-term use from -50ºC to +50ºC.

They are equipped with self-regulating temperature electric heating strips, providing seamless and worry-free operation without the need for manual intervention.
Guide Rail Device: Our guide rail system, made from aluminum alloy, features integrated guide and clamping wheel devices. This innovation guarantees effortless opening and secure closing by smoothly disengaging from the frame and pressing against it and the floor.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
