Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shell boasts a low-temperature resistant powder coating that offers formidable corrosion resistance. For those with specific needs, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available upon request. Each tube plate is constructed from durable 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes caused by thermal dynamics.
Double-layer water tray: Our ingeniously designed outer water tray features a hinged lap form, simplifying inspection and maintenance processes. The ribbing slope design at its base ensures rapid drainage, thereby preventing ice build-up and corrosion. The inner water tray's aluminum cover minimizes air bypass, enhancing both fan efficacy and the effectiveness of defrosting.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a renowned brand, featuring an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered layout, we deliver maximum heat exchange efficiency.
