Our D series air coolers encompass DL, DD, and DJ models. The DL series is perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables at temperatures above 0 ºC. The DD series is designed for storing meats and fish at around -18ºC. For freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish, the DJ series operates efficiently at approximately -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Constructed from high-quality steel plate coated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells exhibit superior corrosion resistance. We also offer customizable options in aluminum or stainless steel. All tube plates are crafted from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage risks caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring a hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate simplifies inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom enhances drainage efficiency, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass and boosts fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our air coolers utilize efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, arranged in an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Equipped with classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, our air coolers significantly enhance air disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our high-power fans, customized with an external rotor and an operating temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC, feature Grade F motor insulation, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes are low-power and low-density, strategically placed inside the coil and inner water pan for even heating, improved defrosting efficiency, and extended service life.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction boxes are designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while also allowing for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Every air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning, inspection, and a 25-bar pressure test to ensure top-notch quality before delivery.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity needs.
