With the flexibility to customize dimensions, they cater to diverse requirements with ease.
Application environment: Tailored for cold storage and freezer settings. Operating temperature range: -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from high-quality EPDM, known for its exceptional chemical stability, outstanding durability, and remarkable resistance to aging. It is designed to adapt to a wide range of temperatures, maintaining a long-term working temperature from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: The panels feature polyurethane with overall foaming for a sleek, flat appearance and excellent insulation. Constructed from stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates, they ensure a perfect blend of style and performance.

Door thickness options: Available in a versatile range, including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, to suit varied insulation needs.
Doorframe material: The door frame, ingeniously crafted from aluminum alloy, offers a clean and sophisticated look while ensuring durability. This design eliminates the weaknesses of traditional wooden frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Additionally, it features self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, which eliminate the need for manual temperature control or power adjustments.
Guide rail device: The expertly engineered aluminum alloy guide rail, combined with a guide wheel and clamping wheel device, allows the door to seamlessly detach from the frame upon opening and securely press against it and the floor upon closing.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
