Our versatile air coolers are designed for a wide range of cold storage applications, including various architectural and constructional cold stores. The D series air coolers come in three different models: DL, DD, and DJ, each tailored for specific temperature needs. The DL series is ideal for environments around 0 ºC, making it perfect for the preservation of eggs and vegetables. The DD series excels at approximately -18 ºC, suitable for storing meats and fish. Meanwhile, the DJ series is crafted for colder conditions, around -25 ºC, and is perfect for freezing fresh foods such as meats and fish, ensuring they retain their quality and freshness.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Our air coolers boast a shell crafted from high-quality steel plate, treated with a low-temperature resistant powder to deliver robust corrosion resistance. For added flexibility, we offer customization options in aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. To minimize the potential of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes from thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates.
Double-layer water tray: The innovative double-layer water tray features an outer tray with a hinged lap design, enhancing ease of inspection and maintenance. Its ribbing slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum plating to minimize air bypass, thereby improving both fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our air coolers use highly efficient internal thread pipes from a renowned premium brand, optimized with a positive triangle staggered design. This sophisticated configuration significantly boosts heat exchange efficiency, ensuring superior performance.
Fin: The air cooler features a classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, expertly designed to enhance air turbulence and dramatically increase heat exchange capacity on the airside.
Fan: Equipped with a high-power, externally rotor customized fan capable of operating in extreme temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor’s insulation is rated at Grade F, ensuring both stability and reliability during operation.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system employs a stainless-steel electric heating pipe, characterized by low power and density. It is strategically arranged within the coil and the inner water pan to deliver a uniform heating effect, boost defrosting efficiency, and extend the lifespan of the heating element.
Electrical junction box: The air cooler includes a specially customized electrical junction box, built to withstand water, fire, and high-voltage conditions, and designed for easy wiring.
Factory testing: Every air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, followed by a 25bar pressure holding test, ensuring that each unit meets our high standards before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Our product provides sheet spacing in standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to varying temperature and humidity conditions to meet diverse requirements.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are designed to be compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, R22, and more, to fulfill all refrigeration needs with efficiency and reliability.
