Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer settings, these doors are built to perform in extreme conditions with an impressive operating temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from premium EPDM, these sealing strips offer remarkable chemical stability and exceptional durability. With excellent aging performance and adaptability to a wide temperature range, they ensure long-lasting effectiveness in temperatures from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Engineered with cutting-edge polyurethane and panel overall foaming, these door panels boast a sleek, flat appearance coupled with superior insulation performance. The panels are constructed from durable stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates, ensuring both style and functionality.

Door thickness: Available in a variety of thicknesses—75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm—allowing you to choose the perfect fit for your insulation needs.
Doorframe material: The door frame, made of robust aluminum alloy, presents a clean and elegant exterior. It's designed for durability, overcoming the limitations of traditional wooden frames such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Additionally, it features self-limiting temperature electric heating strips that operate efficiently without the need for manual temperature control or power adjustments.
Guide rail device: The innovative aluminum alloy guide rail system incorporates a guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This smart combination allows the door to seamlessly separate from the frame when opened and precisely align with the door frame and floor when closed, ensuring a tight, secure fit.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
