Our versatile air coolers are engineered for a wide range of cold storage applications, from architectural to constructional cold rooms. The D air coolers are available in three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for maintaining temperatures around 0ºC, perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for meat and fish storage. The DJ series excels at -25ºC, ensuring optimal freezing conditions for fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from premium-quality steel plate, our shells are treated with low-temperature resistant powder for superior corrosion resistance. Customizable options include aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is constructed from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage risks due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The innovative outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom facilitates rapid drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes utilize efficient internal threading from a premium brand. The optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Featuring classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, our design maximizes air disturbance and significantly enhances heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our customized high-power fan with an external rotor operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor boasts an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe of low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, enhancing defrosting effectiveness and prolonging the electric heating pipe's lifespan.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, facilitating easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, including a 25-bar pressure holding test, to ensure top-notch quality before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Available in standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our sheet spacing options cater to varying temperature and humidity requirements.
