Product Description

The cold storage panels are composed of
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and a core layer of polyurethane insulation.
Horizontal and Vertical Installation Techniques:
1. Incorporating waterproof film and SBS padding for superior protection.
2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured with expansion bolts for unwavering stability.
3. Utilize a sealant substrate for enhanced sealing.
4. Pre-applied board seam sealant (double-sided groove sealant complemented by polyurethane spray in the center).
5. Install vertical wall panels seamlessly.
6. For installations exceeding 6 meters, implement wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and fasten with quick mushroom nails for reinforcement.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Installation Method:
1. Define the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction according to the building's main beam structure, ensuring joints run parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, incorporating 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, with suspended M12 lifting screw connecting to C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top panel with precision.
4. Fine-tune the length of the lifting screw for perfect alignment.
5. Main joints receive a polyurethane foam spray, PVC sleeves are foamed to eliminate the cold bridge, and finish with color steel folding piece for a polished look.
