Product Description

The cold storage panels are constructed using
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and a robust intermediate polyurethane insulation layer for maximum thermal efficiency.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ waterproof film coupled with SBS padding for enhanced protection.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured firmly with expansion bolts.
3. Ensure a solid sealant substrate foundation.
4. Apply pre-installed board seam sealant, featuring double-sided groove sealant plus a polyurethane spray in the center for optimal sealing.
5. Install vertical wall panels with precision.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, integrate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for added stability.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Define the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction meticulously, based on the building structure's main beam, ensuring the joint runs parallel to the main beam for structural harmony.
2. Set up pre-installed suspension beam structural components, utilizing 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, with an M12 lifting screw connected to a C-type Steel keel for robust support.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with care.
4. Fine-tune the lifting screw length to achieve perfect alignment.
5. Spray the main joint with polyurethane foam, insert the PVC sleeve to disrupt the cold bridge, and finish with precision trimming of the color steel folding piece.
