Product Description

The cold storage panels are crafted with
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and a high-performance intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Begin with the application of a waterproof film and SBS padding for optimal protection.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, firmly secured with expansion bolts for stability.
3. Apply a sealant substrate to ensure a robust seal.
4. Pre-install the board seam sealant, using a combination of double-sided groove sealant and a central polyurethane spray for enhanced insulation.
5. Position the vertical wall panel with precision.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for reinforced durability.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Determine the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction in alignment with the building's main beam structure. Ensure the panel joint runs parallel to the main beam for structural integrity.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components using 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam, with an M12 lifting screw connected to the C-type steel keel for a secure setup.
3. Carefully lift the insulation top plate into position.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw for precise alignment and fit.
5. Spray the main joint with polyurethane foam; utilize a PVC sleeve to prevent cold bridging and finish with color steel folding piece for a clean and efficient installation.
