of an inner metal plate, a robust outer metal plate, and a high-performance intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Utilize a protective waterproof film along with SBS padding for enhanced durability.
2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fixed with expansion bolts.
3. Apply sealant substrate ensuring a precise and secure fit.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant includes double-sided groove sealant with polyurethane spray in the middle for superior bonding.
5. Secure the vertical wall panel with precision.
6. For heights beyond 6 meters, integrate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to maintain structural integrity.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Strategically determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel in alignment with the building's main beam. (Ensure panel joints are parallel to the building's main beam)
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam. Suspend M12 lifting screws connected to C-type steel keel for optimal support.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate carefully.
4. Precisely adjust the length of the lifting screw for a perfect fit.
5. Spray the main joint with polyurethane foam; utilize a PVC sleeve to effectively break the cold bridge, and neatly trim with a color steel folding piece for a polished finish.
