The cold storage panels are comprised of
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and a central polyurethane insulation layer.
Innovative Horizontal and Vertical Installation Techniques:
1. Employ a robust waterproof film and SBS padding for superior moisture protection.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured with durable expansion bolts.
3. Utilize a reliable sealant substrate for enhanced sealing.
4. Pre-install board seam sealant with a double-sided groove sealant, complemented by a polyurethane spray in the center for optimal insulation.
5. Vertical wall panel installation.
6. Structures over 6 meters necessitate the integration of wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and efficient quick mushroom nails for stability.

Sophisticated Suspended Ceiling Panel Installation Method:
1. Determine the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction in alignment with the building's main beam. Ensure the ceiling panel joint is parallel to the structure's main beam for precise installation.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural elements using 6 # channel steel and fixtures. Securely suspend the M12 lifting screw, connecting it to the C-type steel keel for robust support.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with precision.
4. Meticulously adjust the length of the lifting screw for perfect alignment.
5. Spray polyurethane foam at the main joint, use PVC sleeve foaming to disrupt the cold bridge, and refine with a color steel folding piece for a seamless finish.
