Our Evaporative Condenser ingeniously utilizes water and air as cooling mediums. The refrigerant gas within the coil undergoes a transformative journey, exchanging heat efficiently and ultimately condensing into liquid form. Internally, the system features a sophisticated water distribution mechanism.
It comes equipped with an advanced condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and a dehydrator. Externally, it boasts a robust water circulating pump, an electronic water-curing device, and a powerful axial fan. The internal negative pressure is expertly managed by the fan.
During operation, the system ensures the cooling water is thoroughly sprayed over the
coil's surface via the water distribution system. Simultaneously, the refrigerant gas enters seamlessly through the upper inlet of the coil, and the resultant condensed liquid exits from the lower outlet. This process, driven by sophisticated heat exchange among refrigerant, water, and air, coupled with fan action, significantly boosts efficiency. As heat is absorbed, cooling water and air temperatures rise, facilitating water evaporation into steam, which is expertly deflated and expelled by the fan, efficiently removing heat. Meanwhile, the hot air's steam is skillfully collected into
a reservoir. Water that doesn’t vaporize flows back into the reservoir and is recirculated within the system. The reservoir’s water level is precisely regulated by a float ball valve, compensating for any water loss to the atmosphere.
