Application Environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer environments, these doors operate within a broad temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC, demonstrating unmatched versatility and adaptability to a multitude of climate conditions.
Sealing Strip Material: Meticulously constructed with premium EPDM, which is celebrated for its exceptional chemical stability and durability. This material showcases excellent aging resistance and is adaptable to a wide temperature range, ensuring longevity from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Crafted with top-tier polyurethane, the panels are fully foamed to deliver a sleek look and outstanding insulation performance. Options include finishes in stainless steel, vibrant color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates, catering to a variety of aesthetic and functional preferences.

Door Thickness Options: Available in a spectrum of thicknesses—75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm—these doors meet diverse insulation and spatial demands, offering tailored solutions for any requirement.
Doorframe Material: Engineered from robust aluminum alloy, this frame provides a modern and elegant appearance, overcoming the limitations of traditional wooden frames prone to lower strength and decay. The inclusion of self-regulating temperature electric heating strips ensures smooth, automatic operation with no manual intervention needed.
Guide Rail Device: This innovative system features an aluminum alloy guide rail equipped with integrated guide and clamping wheel devices. It ensures the effortless opening and secure closing of doors by expertly disengaging from the frame and pressing against both the frame and the floor.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
