Our D air cooler series includes DL, DD, and DJ models, each designed for specific applications. The DL series is ideal for storing eggs and vegetables at temperatures around 0 ºC. The DD series is perfect for preserving meat and fish at approximately -18ºC. For freezing fresh food items like meat and fish at around -25ºC, the DJ series is your go-to solution.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shells are coated with a low-temperature resistant powder to ensure robust corrosion resistance. We also offer customization options with aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. To minimize internal leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates.
Double-layer water tray: Designed for ease of inspection and maintenance, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design. The bottom's ribbing slope design speeds up drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. Additionally, the inner water tray is lined with aluminum plate to minimize air bypass and enhance fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our heat exchange system features an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins are engineered to improve air disturbance and significantly enhance heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Featuring a customized high-power fan with an external rotor, our fans operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring both stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our defrosting system includes stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically arranged inside the coil and inner water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and prolongs the service life of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while also being easy to wire.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing a 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring high quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing:Available in standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our sheet spacing options are designed to meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
