Application Environment: Specifically designed for cold storage and freezer settings, these doors can withstand operating temperatures ranging from a frigid -45ºC to a warm +50ºC, ensuring reliability across various climates.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from high-quality EPDM, our sealing strips boast remarkable chemical stability, unrivaled durability, and exceptional aging resistance. With a wide temperature adaptability, they efficiently function within a range of -50ºC to +50ºC, providing long-lasting, resilient sealing for your refrigeration solutions.
Door Panel Material: Our door panels utilize premium polyurethane with comprehensive panel foaming, resulting in an incredibly sleek appearance alongside superior insulation capabilities. Each doorframe is also equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, eliminating the need for manual temperature control.
Guide Rail Device: Our innovative aluminum alloy guide rail system features both guide and clamping wheel devices. This advanced mechanism smartly separates the door from the frame when opened and secures it firmly against the doorframe and floor upon closing, ensuring a seamless, efficient operation every time.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
