Our Evaporative Condenser cleverly employs water and air as cooling mediums. The medium exchanges heat with refrigerant gas within the coil, seamlessly transforming the gas into liquid form. Its internal configuration includes a water distribution system that optimizes thermal efficiency.
The system comprises a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and dehydrator. Externally, it is equipped with a water circulating pump, electronic water-curing device, and axial fan. The internal pressure remains negative, thanks to the operation of the axial fan, ensuring continuous efficiency.
During operation, the system boasts powerful airflow, thoroughly spraying cooling water across the
surface of the coils via the water distribution system. Simultaneously, refrigerant gas is introduced at the coil's upper inlet, with the condensed liquid exiting the lower outlet. This dynamic process, driven by intensive heat exchange between refrigerant, water, and air, significantly boosts efficiency. The fan-assisted evaporation rapidly elevates the temperature of cooling water and air, transforming some water into steam, which is expelled by the fan, effectively dissipating heat. Meanwhile, the hot air's steam is expertly captured,
into a reservoir, while ungassed water descends for reuse. The system's water level is meticulously managed by a float ball valve, compensating for atmospheric water loss, ensuring seamless operation.
